We generally install Napco, FBI, and Ademco control panels, although we can service most other major brands, we feel that these control panels give us the most flexibility, to provide our clients with the features they deserve. We feel that customer service is our number one priority. Because of this all of the panels that we install are non-proprietary panels. This means that if for any reason you are unhappy with the service that we provide, you can switch to another Security Company without having to purchase a new panel.

Our systems are monitored 24 hours a day, 365 days a year by a professional Central Station Monitoring Team that is UL Listed. What does this mean to you? This means that you can be assured that the Central Station has passed strenuous tests conducted by Underwriters Laboratories on built in redundancies, training, and timing to ensure that the central station can act appropriately on every signal that they receive. The operators at the central station will call the appropriate responses that you provide in the event of an emergency.
