Security Controls Concepts & Designs, Inc. is a full service electronic security corporation. We give you the tools to make informed decisions regarding your security project. Too often we see new clients come to us with equipment that was sold to them with no expansion capabilities. Thus, the client has to re-spend money when the decision is made to expand the system. We sit down with the potential client to determine not only the immediate needs but also any future needs that the client may have. We can then design a system that in the long run will be much more cost effective than just the lowest price.

Security Controls Concepts & Designs, Inc. does not employ any “salesmen”. It has been our experience that salesmen sell equipment with the goal of a commission check in mind. Too often the salesmen sell the job and when the technician arrives on the job, the scope of the project is not in the best interests of the client. Thus the job has to be changed at the last minute, and most times this saves the client money on the installation price. Thus we have stopped hiring salesmen, and we only send out technicians qualified to assist you in layout and design of your project. Not only does this streamline the installation process, it also enables us to reduce the cost of the installation. Since we are not paying out commission checks we can pass this savings on to our clients. We typically save our clients 10% - 20% on their annual electronic security costs.

We believe so strongly in Customer Service that we have made it our top priority. We guarantee service by the next business day or the service call is free *. We have technicians on call 24 hours a day 7 days a week to assist any of our clients with any problem that they may have. Most of these problems can be handled over the phone, however, if you do require emergency “after hours” service this is also available to our clients. Our service department is notified everyday of any alarm that is generated by one of our accounts. This enables us to prepare for a possible service call, most times before our clients even know that there is a problem.
